Just need some answer please?

I'm sure some of this might be listed in the F.A.Q.'s but I just wanted some general, up-to-date answer to a couple of questions I have before I go out and buy an XBox and have it modded.

If I use a DuoX2 chip, do I have to patch games or anything like that?

Does it matter how big they are? I know Rallisport Challenge 2 is like 6 Gig, and that will be the first game a buy and want to back up. As long as I have enough hard drive space (I'm thinking 200GB) will it be able to back up?

I really want Halo, Halo 2, Fable, the Rallysport Games, the Project Gotham games, and that's about it. I'm not going to use Xbox live at all.

Basically, can I just put a game in the drive, use the software that I FTP and make a straight back up without having to patch it, or anything of the sort? Using the DuoX2 chip?

Patching depends on the bios. Games rarely need individual patching. I can only think of about 2 off the top of my mind. That chip should be fine, since it is flash upgradable.

If you are using an hdd, gamesize will not matter.

all those games copy to the HDD fine, without the need of patching to play.

If you have an upgraded drive, ftp is not needed. Just pop the sick in, and copy directly to the HDD.
