hey i have the pioneer 16x dual layer dvd burner
i use the dvd decrypter n rip it to my hard drive
then i use clone dvd to burn the dvds
the dvds play in my comp, and on the panasonic dvd player in the livin room
but the koss dvd player (just purchased) which has mp3 and all that blah blah doesnt play it. also my friends centrios dvd player doesnt play the dvd's

why is that? and is there something i can do to make the dvds work or burn a different way to make the dvds work?

i just copy the dvds i buy n the originals go in the basement, the copied litterally fly around the house!lol

What type of media are you using?

I had somewhat the same problem but it is because I was using DVD+R's instead of the DVD-R's. The DVD+R's would only play in my computer and 2 of my DVD players and not in the other 2. The 2 they wouldn't play in where cheap $40 DVD players. The 2 that will play the DVD+R's are $100+ models. I switched to DVD-R's and have no problems playing in all DVD players.

Also it wouldn't do any harm to check your region settings for copying are set at region free, sometimes cheap dvd players come from europe and they may not play the copies due to regional differences, i have that problem with us discs for a while as i live in the uk i changed my settings to region free and they work in all players
good luck
