Getting a patch to work

i am trying to get a copy of railroad tycoon 3 to work on my pc and the patches i have tryed off of here do not work they do not start the game plz help

A couple things you can try (in fortune more information please?) one, have done a full install, two have you tried to patch the game with a fixed.exe installed; three have install the correct patch version e.g. English, USA OR EUROPE to the region version of you’re game. Hope this helps
