Hi
I have just replaced my Pioneer dvr-106 with the new Pioneer DVR-108, the problem is I can't burn the same amout of data to a DVD-R disc. I have some disc that are full disc, but when I try to copy them with the 108 is keeps comming up with "please insert a blank disc with enough space" now my old 106 would copy these with no problem. I have updated the frameware to the lastest version 1.14, still the same problem. I have tried using different wrighting software, and still the same results. Anybody now how I can burn a full disc with a 108 ??

Many thanks
Sid

Have you considered looking into firmware updates?

Yeah like I said, I would try contacting Pioneer about it. Maybe you just got a bum drive.
