infinity 1.3 and code breaker

my code breaker 8.1 wont work on my infinity 1.3 unless i turn off the chip anyone else have this problem? i have either a v9 or 10 ps2

I have same problem after updated to 1.3 but 1.2 work fine. Don't know why.
