I 've tried d/loading this crack from GCW but the only working link gives me a corrupted RAR archive.

Does anyone know of an alternate site for the crack (I/ve tried megagames)

Many Thanks

I'm using WinRAR 3.40 and this is the error message when I try to extract the archive:

! C:\My Downloads\dev-cds2.rar: Invalid or corrupt authenticity information

Any further suggestions?

From which download mirror did you get it?

The file unpacks fine using WinRAR 3.40

Mirrors 1 and 2 I get the same result when I try to extract the archive.

Mirror 3 gives me the 'over 2 months message' and Mirror 4 is unavailable.

G'day Empire, Ive just tried mirror 2 and when I tried to extract the rar file i got:
D:\Downloads\dev-cds2.rar: Invalid or corrupt authenticity information

But it did unpack and the CDS II.exe and the deviance.nfo appear to be ok! I am also using Winrar 3.40.

@ Soxman
Did you get any files at all? Did any unpack? Right click the Rar file and choose from the menu 'Exract to dev cd2\' Extract it to its own folder!
I dont have the game installed at the moment so I cant actually say it works but the CDII.exe is the same size as the one I already had! And I know the one I already had works! Let me know how you go.

Hi Grumpy.

The files did extract despite the error message. I'm waiting for the game to arrive after buying it on Ebay so I can't test it out yet.

I randomly picked the NHL 2005 crack and that downlaoded and extracted without error so th eproblem must be specific to the C:DS II cracks.

Thanks for your help

ok, this is strange. It seems that the rar is corrupted but the files can be extracted without errors.... Just ignore the message as the files itself are ok.

I will repack the archive to remove the error message
