cd to dvd guide [Archive]

would it be poss for someone to make a full working guide for copying multiple cd games to dvd, and to have it as a sticky?? also have a list of games that will work with this method in the sticky??

only reason I ask is cos a lot of ppl seem to be asking about it, and until companies start bringing games out on dvd(half life 2 - 6 cd's!!!)(yes I know the collectors edition is 1 dvd - shush now!!), we'll continue getting ppl asing about it!!

Ive sent a few translated copies to morglum already. Just waiten for him to check and to add the names of the original Authors.

I find the best way to do things is to dump the contents of each CD into a folder on my hard drive baring the same name as each disk. Then I burn all the folders on to one DVD.

Simple, yet effective. Then all I have to do is put the CD in and off we go :D

UT2k4 works just like this on their dvd, you explore it and it has folders saying DISK 1, DISK, 2 etc, etc.
