X2 the threat CTD

i installed X2 the threat and patched up to 1.4, then i got the Fixed EXE and all is ok till i Start the game from the main menu... after i select a difficulty level it starts loading and Crashes To Desktop. :( pls help i love this game thx

Does this occur also when you're using the original CDs in the drive?

yes same thing. only difference is it CTD after a 3 4 secs delay

Try applying the 1.3 crack first
then the 1.4 crack

That worked like a charm for me. But dunno if that reverts some of the things the 1.4 patch fixed

if it does happen with ur originals then it has nothing to do with the cracks therefore we cannot help u here m8.
