MGS2 substance backup

i tried backing up MGS2 substance to a dvd+r9 the ps2 reconizes it as a ps2 game but when i go to play it it hangs at the black screen. i have a matrix infinity 1.2 and i used dvd decrypter to burn it using a pioneer A08 XL at 2.4x my ps2 is a version 9 or 10 and it reads the original disc fine i used a ridata disc

well i just tried making the iso with dvd drcypter then burning with nero still no luck. anyone else get a dvd9 back up to work on an matrix infinity 1.2?

ok my ps2 is reading dvd9 movie backups. i made a copy of fight club using dvd decrypter and it was playing file. anyone have anyideas what might be the problem?
