Cant get online [Archive]

Hey all,

I uset to play my ps2 online quite a lot, but then I finally got my router to work, and now I cant get online. Ps2 wont connect.

Any ideas?
What settings do you have?

It says cant auto decet settings (DHCP)

Disable your firewall and see what happens :)

(If you have it running that is)

The router is a firewall, but a hardware one, so I cant disable that. Im trying to put it in the De Miltrized Zone (DMZ) with no luck so far, lol :mad:

I am gonna delete all the settings and start again as well :) lol

doesn't matter, as the ps2 goes straight to the router, doesn't matter if pc their or not.

Try the networking section of the playstation.com forums. Routers - cause more problems than they're worth, lol :D
