Clicking Noise

Hey all,

I have got a Version 4 PS2, and its not reading games, it loads to browser. Its making a slight clicking noise.

I know this is either:
- The laser
- Cogs

Should I just clean the laser head and see if that fixes it? Or should I replace the cogs, or the whole lot? Help :p

The console has a Messiah in it.

Clean the laser first...It takes 5 minutes and you have nothing to lose.
