how to edit midi files for phone

hi guys i just bought the lg vx6000 phone and i just found out that it doenst save midi files over 30k so what program do i use to cut them down. i heard its callled sonic something...i think. i paid money on a website so i can download midi files but i saw that the ringtones i like are over 30k so i just wanna cut them down so i can be abel to save them on my phone..thanks :)

i kinda figured that but i just posted it on here sense someone might of been in the similiar situation when they had to minimize their midi files. who knows i might gotten lucky .. :p
