I know Halo is old but the PC version is all we have until next year possibly even later for Halo 2. My I ask in an ever so humble manner...is there any known no cd exe for the 1.05 update? If not what can be done (i.e. favors/trade) for someone to create one....thankyou for your time

Install the v1.05 update and replace the HALO.EXE with the v1.04 Fixed EXE (which also seems to be a No-CD/Fixed EXE)!

the new 1.05 crack is 1.04.665 and when come the new 1.05 patch?? because the 1.05 patch are old

Based on what has been said on here and elsewhere, which I cannot confirm, using the 1.04 crack is kind of pointless as you cant see the full server list in mp mode.

but oh well until someone makes the 1.05 crack if they want a crack thats the best they gonna get, if not they can use their originals

This is correct...no one has actually made a new no cd crack...and the one in gamecopy world is just the same old 1.04 crack. There are like 3000 people playin Halo on the 1.05 updated version where as there are only 300 on the 1.04 version. Does anyone know how to crack it...PLEASE teach me...I am willing to learn but i know NOTHING about code. If someone knows someone (i.e. Deviance team member) that can make one PLEASE I BEG OF YOU. The CD drags the game SOOOOOOO MUCH (at least mine does) and it makes it almost unplayable :confused:

The CD drags the game??? You only need the CD in the drive until the game starts. You can take it out as soon as you get to the menu screen. We play at work with a single disk so we dont all have to bring our disks in every day. We just start on one computer and when it gets to the menu screen we pop it out and do the next computer. And yes we play more than we work.

thats handy but u need cd keys im installing halo on all my college pc's but we cant join in the same game as we all hav the same cd key it cums up (cd key invalid) hav u got a cd key generator r do u know were i cud find 1

READ THE BOARD RULES!
Read the software license came with the game. It's not allowed to install one game on more than one PC.
