Messiah 2 v1.31 question

Hello. I had a working PS2 (version 7) with a messiah 2 v.1.31 installed on it and just recently it died. I am purchasing a new ps2, but I believe only version 9 and 10's, so I was wondering, if my messiah can be installed in these new ps2's or do I have to buy a new mod chip? Thank you in advance.

I think you need a new chip. I would recommend the Duo2 its basically the same chip as the Messiah 2 you had. Unless you wanna spend more for other abilities get the Matrix Infinity.

ah man the m2 1.33b would work with v9. As td said get duo 2 or matrix infinity for max results!
