help with x.b.i.t instalation

I am trying to install an x.b.i.t into my xbox i have got it installed into the xbox connected every thing and i have put my bios on, buit when i go to verify it it says it doesnt match how can i solve this, and wht do i do next. also when i try to turn my xbox on it says it needs repairs and the led flashes red and green, is this because of the chip. :confused:

I got the chip from modchip.com, i used the ex2 bios (you recomended it to another noob) (build4978.03 to be exact) and im not sure what version xbox i have, oh yeah i followed the instalation instructions from dms i believe
