NHL:EHM 1.0.3 no cd????

hey guys ... wondering if anyone had a clue as to where i can or when i can find a fixed exe for nhl:ehm 1.0.3 ... i think its using safedisc 3.2 but im not sure ...

my game crashes all the time online... is there any chance that somebody has figured a way to fix it.... and yes I'm using a no-cd crack... version 1.0 is there anyother out there????
