Since the first HDLoader had to cease & desist selling their product. "The HDLoader is a circumvention device. The distribution and receiving of circumvention devices is illegal. In the Rules of Conduct governing these boards, we ask that you do not discuss illegal activities." There will be no updated version of the HDLoader, what the official HDLoader site had mentioned before the incident.
What would you have liked in an updated HDLoader?
Here are a few of mine: More games compatible (including PSX games) Emulators would work off the HDD (including games) Media player (simular to PS2 reality) DVD movies would play through HDD
oh no the hd loader took a big bite out of my ass crack it illegal to bite a other man ass :D

On the official website, before they went down, there was some text that they were making an update version. I don't know how they were going to do it though, but it said you could bring your original HDLoader back to where you got it from and then get the update. Maybe it was just bogus so people would buy the real one and not be dling a free version.

as long as all ps2 games work fine. I would be happy with that.
Boot from MC or Auto Boot from HDD if no game disc is inserted into the PS2 :)

Or game saves with proper date stamp. I think this is the reason why MGS2 hangs when trying to save the second time.

Auto boot from hdd, more compatability with games, able to copy DVD9 games straight off, reset to hdloader program.
