New Error messages

Hey guys, I have been burning DVDs for 2-3 weeks with absolutely no problem. I am running a Plextor 12X Burner and using Ritek 8X media. I all of a sudden am getting the error message

Scheduler 0 D:/video_TS/VTS_01_0.VOB.23 readerror TCS Sector Reader TCE

I am trying to copy to ISO image. The DVD I am trying to back up it A Beautiful Mind.

I am also having troubel with The Hunt for Red October.
I am using AnyDvd and CloneDvd2.
By the way, it all started when yesterday when I tried to open CloneDvd2 and it would not open so I had to reinstall it. Not sure why and if that had anything to do with the error I am having.
One thing I have noticed is that the 2 DVDs I have mentioned do have a few scratches on them

Have you scanned for viruses? Sometimes viruses hide in your programs messing them up.

Other than that try using dvddecrypter to read the files to your hdd, then use CloneDVD2 to shrink and burn your files.
