I dont confess to understand this, thats why I guess I/m posting here.

I installed the ww2 mod from Dice to BF V, and a no-cd crack from here (Ver: 1.1.14) but the game is still asking 4 my CD. The crack worked before the mod was installed, so I guess they added a new exe file or something with the mod install.

My CD still works though even with the EXE and .org etc in the no-cd crack, I didnt have to re-install or repair. I thought mods didnt usually overwrite exe files. Maybe the ww2 mod has its own exe.

Guess I'll have to wait for a no-cd crack for the mod if one is released.

Anyone else experience this?

the problem is from something else, the mod doesn't make a new .exe file, it's like Desert Combat. It doesn't need a crack!!

wait a second, actually I am having problems now, lol. I just tried playing a POE mod server and I got the same error. There is two things to try:

1. Download and replace crack again!!
2. Connect through Battlefield Vietnam itself not All the seeying eye.

ok none of those methods worked. I used my CD , but the thing is that it's just one of my CDs first of all and it's downloaded one not original copy. So it's all good for me, I'm still waiting to find out why I can't play Point Of Existence without putting the cd in. I can play BFV and WWII mod itself!!
