Postal 2 mod error

i have installed a postal2 mod but when i start the game this appears:

this should be moved to general gaming, and if you dont state the mod itself it aint of much use, ur best choice is to contact the mod makers or check (if they have) their forums.

That mod may not be coded for the version of Postal 2 you're running! It maybe for the Retail release with no patches applied! Have you tried installing the mod on a non patched version of the game?
