Nascar Thunder 2004 , cube 3d error

Hi there..., got Nascar_Thunder_2004_Repack.Razor1911 and after installing , i tried to run it and i got this "cube 3d" error... and the game wont start. I tried different exe´s and always the same. This cube 3d thing is related to 3dconfig.exe but dont know why is not working. Does anyone knows what to do ? . thx.

my pc: win xp pro, Gf4Ti4800 128mb, 512 ddr...
