Metal Gear Solid 2 problem

i have an ati all in wonder 9600 XT and the game doesnt works correctly, i apply the patch 2.0 from konami web page but doesent correct, the graphics still looking bad, please help me

the game is a backup od the dvd ;)

Did you also update your display drivers to the latest version as the drivers that come with your card are always bloody outdated!
