I have never tried that game, but most game servers which are "powered by Gamespy" should be setup with a specific firewall setting. Set the firewall or router through which the server is connected to the Internet to block outgoing UDP traffic to 207.38.8.34:29910. If your firewall or router does not allow blocking a specific port at a specific IP address, blocking all outgoing UDP traffic to UDP port 29910 will also suffice. For newer games, this setting will still not allow two PC's to play on the same server with the same CD key however. So, each client will need a unique CD key even if that key has not been validated by Gamespy.
