Have you guys ever wondered if the guys who created those copy protection schemes looking at the forums and laughing their ass off with our feeble tries of cracking it?! Especially the guys who created StarForce and safedisc?!
In fact have any of the authors tried shuting down GCW?!

why did you write safedisc? SafeDisc along with SecuROM is the beaten protection in the world!

This topic should move.

As long as i know, there was a time no crack for an EA Game was on GCW, because EA has "asked" EMPiRE to remove the cracks.

That's why the cracks for The Sims (for example) are on GameFix !!!

SF3 has actually been beaten. well the older versions have been circumvented at least I had to fight tooth and nail for a backup of my trackmania CD with SF3 on it.. and believe me I spent more time getting around SF3 on the original CD then I did with finding and implementing the crack.. SF3 really sucks if you have an older CD-R drive which up until recently I had an ANCIENT 16x CDR drive that SF3 freaked out on every single time. And the reason SF3 is so difficult from what I've read its not just one file its reading or some such (not a coder) its possible that its linked within all or some of the files on the CD other then the EXE/DLL as well and the exact DPMS is very very hard to duplicate without the Original master and the License of SF3 that was used to create it. Now that's in interesting quandry... could someone perhaps "acquire" the original SF3 lic used in the generation of this product? if they had that perhaps you could use it to also remove the SF3 from the image in ISO or some other manipulative state.??.?.?

HM.

P.S. I dunno if current version has been beaten but you might wanna look at GamesXcopy one of the previous versions. I'm still fighting with Soldiers now as I have to guard the freakin original with my life as they don't have it for sale anywhere near me and I dunna wanna wait or spend another 40 bux + shipping to get it back.
