Marcus Serial Slave

I'm sorry for asking this question, but does anyone of you have a diskjuggler/nero image of Marcus serial uploader? I can't burn it on a CD using instructions on his site since I'm not running a *nix or someting.
Could anyone help please?

go to http://www.besharex.nl/Dreamcast/intro_page1.html
and choose tools download GD Ripping Toolbox v1.0 install it and in de folder dreamcast software you find a cdi image of it.
