cant encode

ive tried to encode the movie swingers to divx
and for the first time im gettin problems
i tried usin vidomi.. it made the movie.. 400 megs.. and it skips like every other frame
i tried using dvdx and it started at 21 mins and did the rest of the movie...
whats goin on?

i tried dvd decrypter instead of my usual smart ripper
and encoded it via vidomi
and.. it worked!
weird..
first time ive had this problem
