psx on ps2 hdd

will there ever be a way to have like a psx emu for psx games on the ps2 hdd
anyone hear any news?

I doubt it - it's a bit pointless in there being an emu because PS2 will already play PS1 games. Whether they will ever update HDLoader to support PS1 games, only time will tell... :)
