Soul Calibur RAR

i got Soul Calibur and its the file itself is 466 mb as a rar inside the rar are 2 files one labled SOULC.mdf and it is about 815mb the other file is SOULC.mds
what i wanted to know was how do i burn this to CD i heard from someone to mount the image and burn with regular software what do they mean the rar or the mdf well thanks for any help i hope you understan what i mean

*.mds&**.mdf are the image of AOCOHOL 120%,you can BURN IMAGE with this ware.Also,you can make the DAEMON to OPEN the *.mds,than use other burn warez to COPY DISK! :D
