it will work but try a search first and see what you come up with..
Pioneer and Sony both are very good as well. I use a Sony Dru500A and it works great but its only a 4x. Most of the newer burners are pretty much compatable with just about all of your needs. ;)

yeah i'am looking 2 buy it from circuit city.someone's going of 2 miami this wednesday so i will get this and a ps2 from wal-mart,now all is a mod-chip.might buy from counsolesource.com

people say ps2 version 7-10 is good 9 & 10 being the best which can take all those burning format.i want 2 be lucky an get a 9 or 10 but most important is 2 get a good mod-chip-(infinity) and get it installed.


and is there someway u can tell what version the system is before it is bought ?
