HDLoader - more info wanted

Hey guys

Heres the thing. I have only heard about 30 mins ago about this HDLoader so i have a few questions (sorry if these have been asked) (and i have read the review)

1: Am i right in saying that its purpose is to make games load quicker

2: Do you need a special hard drive or could I use an old one used on an old computer?

3: Am i rightin saying you have to install games?

4: Where to you plug it in? The cable from the netwrok adapter?

5: Do sony have their own version fo this and is it illegal?

2. No - You can use ANY IDE HDD above 40GB in size

3. Yes

4. IDE HDD > IDE Interface on Network Adapter > DEV9 (Expansion Port on PS2)

5. Sony don't have their own version, and Yes it is legal... (for now until those corporate greedy b******* at Sony try and place a C&D on it)
