Problems with a magic50k

i have a version 9 ps2 and i installed a magic 50k, but now when i turn on my ps2 it does not open and it goes back to stand by mode. What can the problem be?? :confused:

Bad install? My V9 50K works like a top.

Get a magnifying glass and check over the install for solder bridges

i check everything, but i still have the same problem....

Remove chip an check that ps2 functions correctly. Then reinstall the chip with new wiring. Regards
