ok ive backed up heaps of my dvds, but tonight i tried to back up two new dvds i just got, and i cant get them to work keep geting error message the dvds are spy kids 3d and true woman.
i use dvd x copy xpress its easy and ive never had a problem
and pioneer 107
so has any one backed up any of these 2 dvds
or any help much appreciated

Ive done Spy Kids 3D. Had no problems.

ok thanks, so do u have any idea whats going on,why i cant do it,ill try and copy a back up that ive already done,just to see if everything is ok.

You could probably just have 2 bad original discs. But to tell you the truth I need more info. Are you getting the error's in the reading or burning? Tell me specifically how you are backing up these movies.

ok i backed up an old dvd i had it worked fine (coyote ugly).
now when i tried to back up spykids i got the error message when i put in the blank dvd-r
when i tried true woman i got the error message about half way throught copying.

Well, I would have you try to use other software. Im not a user of DVD X Copy. I like CloneDVD2 and Anydvd combo. Check out the sticky on the top of these forums.

i didnt have clonedvd2 so i used dvd shrink and spykids 3d worked fine,havnt tried true women yet
so why doesnt dvd x copy work any ideas

Its possible that the decrypter needed an update but since DVD X Copy doesnt do that anymore you wont find one for it.
