Is the Mars II chip a good chip ?

There are better chips now. Mars are old. Get a Duo or Duo 2. Magic V and Matrix Infinity are also great. Messiah 2 V2 is also a good option, but the Duo is cheaper.

The mar is a very basic chip, if all you want to do is play games its fine. i had one but sold that ps2 and got a new soon to be modded with a dms3
