Railroad Tycoon 2 Pal Protection???

hi,

i got a us/ntsc DC and the pal version of this game. i couldnt find the US version, but this one burned good. it loads past the sega logo to a black screen then does nothing. is this a PAL protection??

after about 5 minutes, still nothing, so i open the dc lid, and it goes to the bios. its a wince game. will it work in Pal Patcher? i havent tried it yet, but will tomorrow.

PAL Patcher won't work with WinCE games.

Could you send me your 0winceos.bin and Rt2dc.exe, please ?

i just noticed something. when i open the cd in my pc, there is no WINCE folder..??? and the 0winceos.bin in a hex editor needs a file DSOUND.DLL which is placed in a wince folder, but there is no wince folder. funny.?

i'm gonna try to selfboot this with a wince folder and files and see if it will load.

has anyone come across a wince game with no wince folder and it booted?
