I have 2 iso images, need for speed underground disc1, disc 2, i burned each one to a cd-r, installed the game (from the cd(s)) but when i try to play, it says please insert the correct disc, neither one works, will not let me load up the game. Anyone know what this could be? Or can i run the game from the iso on my harddrive with a no cd crack?

Before even 'making' ISO's learn to test the originals work first. Did the original play fine for you? ;)

Yes, the original discs work fine, when i insert a disc, the game will load, but the backup will not play, i reinstalled from the backup, but it will not run

yeah its a common "fault" with backup copies, see u didnt do a 1:1 copy, so yeah, u could just download the no-cd crack apply it and off u go, if u want a 1:1 copy, find out wat protection the cds use, the use alcohol 120 to copy, set up the settings according to the rite protection and off u go :)

ok, i know to replace a file with the cd crack, except the file that needs to be replaced is an exe. file, the crack is rar., will this still work?

Download winrar from www.rarlabs.com to unzip the rar file, then inside u should fin an .exe replace that with the original, and off u go :)
