View Full Version : Patch a Backup to overcome DNAS??
I have about 20-30 backups that are online enabled but alas were burned before the ability to do DNAS patching. I have a few questions regaurding this subject.
1) What is needed to patch a game?
2) Where do you get the tools needed to patch a game?
3) Can you patch an already backed up game?
thanks for your help...
anthony.
You need an original disc for the DNAS ID
You need DNAS Haxor for the PS2
You need WinDIP to patch
You need RecordNow for the image
You can find these tools all over the net.
No you can't patch an already backed up game. You'll have to use your original to make another backup.

On the DNAS patch thing is there any way for **** to find out and ban you from online play? I would love to play my back ups online and put the good copys away. The kids like to play with them in the wrong kinda way.
No, they don't ban the consoles like on XBOX. This method is 100% perfectly foolproof. I've played my DNAS backups online for hours and not been booted on banned once.
