CDRWIN 4.0 beta PROBLEM

I have problem.
I have download CDRWIN 4.0 beta
And if i push <<RECORD DISK>> button and A massage is coming
like this

'' NO CDROM recording device was found on SCSI or IDE bus! ''

What a problem i have
Please if you know how to fix that tell me .
And my playstation is not have modchip-!
It is can run patched games-?
And if i burn to cd-r with 4X speed it will play in playstation-?

You know CDRWin4 is like 3 years old. It was a beta. CDRWin is still in the 3's when it comes to versions. Check out:

You will also need a modchip to play the backups.

As said, 4.0 is a beta version, long since replaced by 3.9x.
No Cdrom recording device found indicates that you do not have ASPI installed - get it from www.adaptec.com
Also you will need a modchip or an original PS-X-CHANGE boot cd. A copy will NOT work.
