Replacement LA

Has anybody tried these 12 wire LA replacement chips? The reason I ask is that I've fitted one this evening to a v10 with no luck, just wondered if anybody else has.

I think N£TM£ÇH did, but I'm not sure if it was one like that. I also didnt hear his final results from it.
