how to make a downloaded cd

i downloaded a game from the site it burn to the disk like a game, i don't really know what i'm supposed to do. to make a full working copy to play on the dc sys. is there a tutorial. if so can someone help! me.

There's nothing more to do... you downloaded it... burned it... now play it.
Or are you saying the burned CD doesn't work in your Dreamcast?
