program not respnding

I have a problem with a program called Wintcc. I dont know what it is, but it keeps running and clashing with my other programs untill I ctrl+alt+delete and end task. It always says not responding so if I erase it will everything be Ok? And what is it? anybody else ever have this prob? thanks stratusmatt

I re-installed adaware 6.0 version 181 and IT removed it , but spybot serch and destroy would not read it. thanks anyways stratusmatt
