I've got my DRU700A today, works fine on everything.
Just to clear a point, it's not double sided but dual layer. Just got to wait for the media now!!!
What amazed me is RecordNow Max 4.5 recognised the drive.
I've got PX Engine 507 installed, does anybody know of a later version?
Thanks.

Man, i bet ya this media is gonna be expensive too when it comes out, ya think?
I assume the old media is going to be compatible with this new drive right?
thanks

Yeah, the drive is backwards compatible so works with all the existing media.

I suppose the price will come down a bit eventually, then we'll get blue lazer disks........................will it never end, aaagghhhh!!!
On a serious note it's nice to have a challenge and I'm sure this forum will offer the same great support as it does now.
Thanks guys.
