There is some good info on that page, but unless your referring to the little picture in the upper right of the article, that is a picture of a debug PS2 console that was sent out to beta testers many years ago, not a design idea. Here is some info about the debug tool.

I did some research on the PS3 in the past and remember reading about a kid that wasnt associated with sony in anyway, coming up with a design (very impressive I might ad), but it was all a hoax. I wish I saved the article for you guys.

nothing to do with article but ps3 related.
the talk of blu-ray is a waste at this point because who is gonna make a game bigger than 16gb or larger i don't see any use for it next to copyright protection.
hoping they just are'nt going there for tech praise when the console cost will be sky high!(speculation)
