I think that the RIAA is happy sueing people because here (http://www.macworld.co.uk/news/main_news.cfm?NewsID=8493) and here (http://www.doom9.org/) it says that sense it is very cheap to produce online downloadable (w. restrictions) music, the RIAA would make a bunch more money per song then it costs to make.
at the end of the day its always about money, and if someone inst paying for it, to court with it!, i agree tottally games should be bough as they are in a way, the new art, but most music now adays, u must admit, they make it in less than a month and its of poor quality no matter how "sick" u think the tune might be...
In any point ill be straighly honest with u guys, with games, i play the demo or the trailer, and read reviews, if its good ill buy it and give a big thumbs up to the producer, with music, i download the cd, if i like it, i buy it simply cos i rather have the original, after all music inst that expensive, if i dont like it, i bin it.
