Cheapest DMS3 in germany

i'm searching for any service who would install a dms3 to my playstation2(must be in germany!!),
cheapest one i found was 99€!!

99€ would be the price,if i would send in my ps2 to them,
so that they would install the chip to my ps2,and send it back to me!

costs about 50 quid +post in the uk

go onto www.yahoo.de and type in modchip installers or even look around or even ask the support on that website i gave u.
