Tried to copy twice. No success. Every other game or movie has worked with the same media and drive.

I just got this one, I used RNMdx to make a backup.

I was using roxio dvd copy. With memorex 4x.

Roxio sucks, Try recordnowmax.

also get rid of that memorex crap and get some RitekG04 discs

Made my backup with DVD Decrypter. Definetly use RITEK media only. If you use cheap media, it beats the hell out of your laser. I ran out of Riteks and made a temporary backup on a Princo...bad news. You could hear the laser working so hard just to load the games opening menu.
