View Full Version : Swap slide trick with swap magic does not work
Dear all,
I have purchased a swap trick slide card together with Slide Magic 2.0 and 3.0. Everything works out fine. Except I never managed to get a game running. Tekken 4 (CD) freezes at the NAMCO screen. And in True Crime (DVD) after seeing the activision logo and a small trailer, it goes back to the Playstaiton 2 menu saying it's a non PS2 disc. I have burned them with cue sheets via nero. Anyone that knows how to solve this '****'?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Wouter
well true crimes is a 2x check game u will need a cd loader to play it vist www.swapmagicfix.com for that and about the slide card u might want to get a better swap style cause the slide cards can tear up the ps2

So a mod chip is better after all?.. I mean tear up is of course not my idea of playing backups.. :S
Anyway Thanks for the tip.. You think this cdloader trip could help with tekken 4 as well?

Yeah and like the slide card is any better for your system.

I would throw the swap disc and card in the trash. No swap chips are very affordable now so they is no need to waste money on inferior mods that half work or can ruin the PS2.

I have a slide card/swap magic too. It took a while to convince me but save up your money and get a mod chip installed. Read the ultimate info sticky's. You should be able to find someone in the uk that can help.:)
