PS2 Problems

hey, My PS2 makes this funny clicking sound after te PLAYSTATION 2 SCREEN after the Browser screen just before the actual games starts, it clicks over and over again, and then doesnt even start the game.
What is wrong with it?
how do i fix it?
is the Laser thingy off set or something?

If it goes to the browser screen before loading its most likely a bad or weak laser, Cheap media will also cause this. The clicking is the laser trying to focus.
