That web site doesn’t have a single mod worth purchasing. Basically all those chips do is allow you to use the swap trick a.k.a "Ghetto Magic" to boot your games, which is a pain in the ass for one, and over time WILL damage your PS2.

Get it done right the first time with a no-swap mod and be happy with your purchase for a long time to come.
