Alcohol 120% Makin a backup?

Hi ,

I`m new in this scene, and i saw this add of "alcohol 120%" , and that it "beats every copy protection". Well, i`ve installed this app and try to make a backup of my game called "judge dredd - Dredd Vs Death". But the copy doesnt work. Then i tried to use "general protected cd" and try it again, still no succes. What am i doing wrong here? How can i see what kind of copy protection a game uses?
