UT2004 problems

Hi,
I just got an origional copy of unreal tournament 2004 and it won't install let alone let me back it up. It gets so far in and says it can't read from the disc. The disc is perfect and I exchanged it once already. Also I deleted Clone and Nero as I heard that may be it. Other than that it still won't even install. Wierd thing is, it never crashes in the same place twice and sometimes it won't even open the setup.exe.

Maybe your cd drive is the problem? Possibly dirty laser, old drive, IDE cable faulty?
Try a different drive to install from - or try at a friends computer to at least eliminate the disk.

I have just installed it on my laptop and it is fine there. installed and runs properly. Apparently on the UT site it's a common problem it seems.
